This Privacy Policy describes how KPAppWorx Technologies Private Limited ("KPAppWorx", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Quarterdeck AI, our website, and our applications (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account and contact information you provide — such as your name, work email, and company — when you request access, contact us, or create an account.
CRM data that you authorize us to read. When you connect HubSpot, we access pipeline and deal data through HubSpot's OAuth authorization, using read-only, least-privilege scopes. We do not write to your CRM.
Usage and device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to operate and improve the Services.

2. How we use information

To provide the Services — for example, computing your Revenue Trust Score, Board Readiness Score, risk flags, and pipeline narrative.
To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
To communicate with you about access, support, and product updates you have opted into.

3. Model training

We do not use your CRM data or other customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve machine-learning models — ours or any third party's. Where the Services use AI to generate scores or narratives, your data is processed to produce your output and is not retained for model training.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers ("sub-processors") who help us operate the Services — such as cloud hosting and AI processing providers — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only as needed to deliver the Services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. You can revoke Quarterdeck's access to your CRM at any time through HubSpot, and you can request deletion of your data by emailing us. On request, we will delete or return your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the Services to limit the data we hold and the access we request.

7. International transfers

We operate from Bengaluru, India, and may process data in other locations through our service providers. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. Data residency options are available on request.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
