Know which deals deserve attention this week.
Quarterdeck reviews the changes already recorded in HubSpot, ranks the small number of deals that deserve human attention before the weekly forecast meeting, and explains why each one matters with traceable CRM evidence. No extra dashboard to study. No black-box forecast. No CRM write-back.
Read-only HubSpot access · Your data is never used to train models.

The problem
The pipeline changed this week. Nobody has time to read all of it.
A CRM records every edit faithfully. It does not tell you which of those edits should change what you say in the forecast meeting.
Revenue leaders
You commit to a number on Friday using a pipeline you last examined deal by deal weeks ago. The risky ones are in there somewhere.
Sales managers
Close dates move, stages slip backwards, owners change. Each edit looks reasonable on its own; the pattern across weeks is what matters.
RevOps
Building the weekly review by hand means exports, pivot tables, and a report that is stale by the time the meeting starts.
What Quarterdeck Does
Fewer deals. Better reasons.
Quarterdeck turns deterministic HubSpot changes into a short, ranked review queue. Every item answers why this deal, why now, and why before everything else.
Monday Brief
Start the week with the 5–10 deals that deserve review, ordered by materiality, timing, and the strength of the available evidence.
Deterministic Prioritization
Explainable ranking considers amount, stage, close-date proximity, repeated drift, staleness, and material changes. No opaque prediction model.
Change Intelligence
Detect close-date pushes, amount movement, stage regression, owner changes, stale late-stage deals, and past-due close dates from CRM history.
Repeated Drift Memory
See when a close date has moved repeatedly or a deal has returned to the attention list for several consecutive weeks.
Weekly Pipeline Digest
The same ranked evidence reaches your inbox before the forecast meeting: what changed, what needs attention, and what can safely wait.
Evidence-Backed Trust Context
Supporting context explains which slipped, stale, or past-due deals are making the current pipeline less defensible. It never pretends to predict the future.
How it works
Connect once. Know what changed every week.
Quarterdeck reads your pipeline where it already lives. No exports, no data warehouse, no writing to your CRM.
01 · Connect
Connect HubSpot, read-only
Authorize Quarterdeck through HubSpot OAuth. Access remains read-only and can be revoked without changing your CRM.
02 · Baseline
Build a change history
Quarterdeck preserves the deal snapshots and change events needed to distinguish a one-off edit from repeated drift.
03 · Track
Rank material exceptions
Deterministic rules evaluate recent changes, deal value, timing, stage, staleness, and repeated signals, then suppress low-impact noise.
04 · Digest
Review the brief
Open Quarterdeck or read the weekly email to see what changed, the deals that deserve attention, the evidence, and the recommended review.
Who It's For

Lean Revenue Teams
Get the benefit of a careful weekly HubSpot review without adding another analyst, dashboard ritual, or CRM administration workflow.
Product Focus
Built to reduce review work, not replace your revenue stack.
Quarterdeck sits alongside HubSpot and your existing sales tools. Its job is intentionally narrow: decide what deserves attention before the meeting and show the evidence.
Quarterdeck does
Prioritize evidence-backed exceptions
- Reads HubSpot changes and ranks only the material deals that deserve review.
- Shows the dates, values, stages, activity signals, and repeated changes behind every conclusion.
Quarterdeck does not
Become another system to operate
- It does not forecast with an opaque AI model, record calls, coach reps, or replace HubSpot.
- It never edits CRM records or manufactures activity, probabilities, revenue values, or recommendations.
Security & Data
Built to pass a security review, not just a demo.
Access
Read-only and revocable
- Connected through HubSpot OAuth — scoped permissions, revoke access in one click.
- Read-only by design: Quarterdeck observes and prioritizes, and never writes back to your CRM.
- Least-privilege: Quarterdeck requests only the CRM objects and properties needed for its analysis.
Data handling
Your data stays yours
- Customer data is never used to train models — yours or anyone else's.
- You can disconnect HubSpot and request deletion of synced CRM data.
- Every surfaced deal traces back to specific CRM evidence. When evidence is insufficient, Quarterdeck says so.

Questions
What teams ask before connecting a CRM.
Does Quarterdeck write anything to HubSpot?
No. Access is read-only through HubSpot OAuth. No fields are updated, no workflows are triggered, and no automation fires while you review.
Does AI decide which deals get flagged?
No. Ranking is deterministic: amount, stage, close-date proximity, repeated drift, staleness and material changes. Language models only help phrase the explanation — they never invent a fact or change a score.
Is this a forecasting tool?
No. Quarterdeck explains what changed and which deals deserve a look. It does not predict whether a deal will close, and it does not produce a number to replace your forecast.
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot. Nothing else is claimed as supported until it is built and tested against a real pipeline.
How long does setup take?
Connecting is one OAuth authorization. Quarterdeck then needs a short baseline period to build change history, because repeated drift can only be seen across several weeks of snapshots.
What happens in a quiet week?
You get a short brief. If little material changed, the list is small — a brief that pads itself to look busy is worse than no brief.
Can we disconnect it?
Yes. Revoke the connection in HubSpot at any time. Your CRM is unchanged because nothing was ever written to it.
Design Partner Program
We're building Quarterdeck with a small group of revenue teams.
Quarterdeck is a commercial product currently onboarding a limited number of HubSpot revenue teams. Design partners receive access in exchange for direct, practical product feedback.
Use your own pipeline
Connect HubSpot in read-only mode and see which weekly changes Quarterdeck considers material enough to review.
Work directly with the team
Tell us which surfaced deals were useful, which were noise, and what evidence changed the meeting. That learning shapes the product.
Evaluate commercial fit
Early access is designed to validate weekly usefulness and willingness to pay. It is not a promise of permanent free access.
Let Quarterdeck review HubSpot before the meeting.
See the material changes, the 5–10 deals that deserve attention, and the CRM evidence behind every recommendation.
